HOME SCREEN
How do I navigate the home screen?
- The home screen is your hub for the WSOP app.
- You’ll see big game tiles (like Texas Hold’em, Omaha, BLAST, etc.) – just tap any of these to jump into that game mode.
- There’s a menu button (the “hamburger” icon ≡) in the top corner for more options, and usually your profile avatar (Personal Area) in the opposite corner.
- At the bottom, there’s a navigation bar with quick links to different games and a Deposit button if you want to add money to your account.
MENUS
What is the hamburger menu, and where can I find it?
- The “hamburger menu” is the little three-line menu icon (≡) typically found in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Tapping it opens up a side menu with extra options and features.
- It’s where you can find things like your General settings, Useful links, Help Center, Log out options and other sections that aren’t on the main screen.
- Think of it as the main menu for the app – whenever you need to find something (like settings or support), the hamburger menu is a good place to look.
What is the Personal Area and how do I open it?
- The Personal Area is basically your profile and account hub.
- You can open it by tapping your avatar or profile icon (usually on the right of the main screen).
- Inside your Personal Area, you’ll see your player info – things like your username, withdrawal, Transaction and Game History, Tournament Tickets, Bonuses, Challenges and via the ‘My Account’ the options to edit your profile.
- It’s your own space to check on your progress and personalize your experience.

GAME ARENAS
How do I start a Texas Hold’em or Omaha game?
- Starting a game of Texas Hold’em or Omaha is easy.
- On the home screen, you’ll see tiles or buttons for Texas Hold’em and Omaha etc. – just tap the one you want.
- The app will then take you to a table or lobby where you can start playing that game.
- You might be put into a game right away or given a choice of tables/stakes, but either way it all begins by tapping the game mode tile.
- No complicated setup needed – one tap and you’re on your way to playing your favorite poker game.
What is BLAST Poker and how do I play it?
- BLAST is a special poker game mode in the WSOP app.
- It’s a fast, exciting Sit & Go tournament usually with 3 players at the table and a ticking timer.
- The twist is that the prize pool is randomly multiplied at the start – so you could win a normal prize or a much bigger one, adding a lot of suspense!
- To play BLAST, just tap the BLAST game tile on the home screen, and the app will either seat you in a BLAST game or show you the BLAST lobby.
- Once enough players join, the game starts automatically and you play until someone wins that mystery prize.
How do I join a tournament or Sit & Go game?
- To join multi-table tournaments or single-table Sit & Go games, tap the Tournaments (or Sit & Go) tile on the home screen.
- This will bring you to the Tournament Lobby; a screen that lists all available upcoming tournaments and Sit & Go’s along with their buy-ins, start times, and prizes.
- When you find one you like, tap on it to see details and then Register to join.
- If you’re looking to jump in quickly, some games have a blue “quick seat” or “sit” icon – tapping that will instantly register you for the next available tournament.
- Once you’re registered, just wait for the tournament to start, and the app will take you to your table when it’s time.
TOURNAMENT LOBBY
TABLE
What table sizes are available (3-player, 6-player, 9-player)?
WSOP offers a few table sizes depending on the game mode.
- 9-player tables (sometimes called “full ring”) are the classic tables with up to nine players; you’ll often see these in Texas Hold’em cash games and many tournaments.
- 6-player tables (a.k.a. “6-max”) are smaller, faster games with up to six players; some cash games and special tournaments use this layout if you prefer more action with fewer opponents.
- There’s also a 3-player table format, which is what BLAST games use; just you and two others in a short-handed game.
Keep in mind that more players can mean a slightly slower game (but potentially bigger pots), while fewer players means each person gets to play more hands and see more action.

Can I play at more than one table at the same time?
- Yes! The WSOP app allows multi-tabling, which means you can join and play at multiple tables simultaneously (up to four tables at once).
- If you sit in more than one game, the interface will let you switch between your tables easily; usually by swiping left or right or tapping a small table icon that appears to represent your other games.
- The app is smart about it too: it will notify you or automatically bring up the table that needs your attention (for example, if it’s your turn to act on another table).
- This way, you won’t miss your turn when juggling several games at once.
- It’s a great feature if you want to play more hands, but remember to pay attention so you don’t time out on any table!

How do I use emojis or throw items during a game?
- When you’re at a poker table, you can have some fun with reactions.
- To use emojis, tap the smiley-face icon to open the emoji menu, then choose an emoji; it will pop up by your avatar for everyone to see.
- If you want to be a bit more mischievous, you can throw virtual items too: tap the throwables icon (it might look like a small flying object) and pick an item like an egg to toss at another player’s avatar.
- A funny animation will play when you throw it (don’t worry, it’s all in good fun!).
- These emojis and throwables don’t affect the game at all; they’re just there to keep things entertaining and social.

How do I change my avatar or adjust my settings?
- Changing your avatar or tweaking settings is easy and can be done at almost any time.
- On the main screen, you can find a Settings option (either in the hamburger menu or in your Personal Area).
- If you’re already at a table, you can tap the hamburger menu ≡ there and find Settings without leaving the game.
- In the settings menu, you’ll find the option to Change your Avatar to select a new profile picture for your account, and you can also adjust other preferences like sound, music, or notifications.
- Once you make your changes (like picking a cool new avatar), they update instantly so you can get back to the action with your personalized look.

Cashier during play
Can I deposit or buy more chips while playing?
- Absolutely! You don’t have to leave your table to get more chips.
- The WSOP app has a built-in Cashier (deposit feature) that you can open even during a game.
- If you’re running low on chips or want to top up, look for a Cashier or Deposit button
while you’re at the table.
- Tapping it will bring up the cashier interface where you can buy more chips or make a deposit.
- After your purchase, the chips are added to your balance immediately so you can continue playing without missing a hand.
