The Reverse Withdrawal feature allows you to return funds to your bankroll from a withdrawal request that has not yet been approved — as long as it’s within 48 hours of the original request.
As part of our Responsible Gaming options, you have full control to block or unblock this feature at any time.
🔒 Blocking the Feature
When you choose to turn off the Reverse Withdrawal feature:
- You will no longer be able to reverse any new withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawals will remain pending and processed as requested, with no option to return the funds to your bankroll.
🔓 Unblocking the Feature
If you choose to turn the feature back on, it will:
- Reactivate after a 7-day waiting period.
- Allow you to reverse eligible withdrawals moving forward.
⚠️ Important:
This only applies to withdrawals submitted after the feature is turned back on.
Withdrawals that were already processed during the time the feature was off cannot be reversed.
🛠️ How to Manage This Feature
You can block or unblock the Reverse Withdrawal feature from the Cashier on both mobile and web.
To Turn OFF:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Cashier > Settings.
- Select “Turn OFF” under Reverse Withdrawal.
- You will be shown a confirmation prompt.
- Click “Yes” to confirm.
- You’ll see a final confirmation that the feature has been turned off.
To Turn ON (Reactivate):
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Cashier > Settings.
- Select “Turn ON” under Reverse Withdrawal.
- The feature will automatically reactivate 7 days from the time of your request.
- After this period, you’ll be able to reverse withdrawals again (for new requests only).
